Customer service did get back to me, but I’m absolutely certain it took longer than it should have, like a few days. They did help me in the end, so I’ll give them that, but the replies really needed to be faster and clearer. No question about it.

I ordered a pair of denim jeans from Miss Sixty, and at first I was happy because the wash looked just like it did in the photos. The fabric feels decent too, so appearance-wise they met my expectations.
The fit was where things felt a little off for me. The waist was slightly loose, but the thighs were tighter than I expected, which made them less comfortable than I hoped. I still wear them now and then, but for the price, I expected the sizing to feel more consistent.

It came safe and the box look nice too. i was happy with how well everything was packed.

I went with my usual size and they fit exactly how I expected, not too tight, not baggy, just right. The length worked for me too, which was a nice surprise!!
